12-Week Intuitive Eating Intensive Program

I can help. Join my 12-week Intuitive Eating Intensive Program today. This program includes:
- 1-75 minute deep dive initial consultation where we do a full assessment of your health goals, talk through your current and past relationships with food and body image, and set your individualized goals for the rest of the program.
- 6-follow up sessions (45 minutes each) typically conducted every other week. During these sessions we will begin to work through each principle of Intuitive Eating and discuss how to realistically apply the principles to your own life.
- Intuitive Eating Workbook-Delivered straight to your door, we will use the workbook together to provide interactive exercises around the Intuitive Eating principles and enhance learning.
- Weekly journal review-Food/Mood journals are provided to each client to help discover patterns around how we eat based on how we are feeling. I review and provide feedback in between coaching sessions.
- Individualized recipes-based on your food preferences, budget & schedule
- Shopping and meal planning tips
- 24/7 Chat support through our private client portal

One-on-One Nutrition Coaching
Our coaching sessions are designed to create positive relationships with food and movement by removing the “rules” associated with dieting. Together, we will explore the principles of mindful and Intuitive Eating to create an individualized nutrition plan that not only encourages healthy habits, but also establishes a better, stronger body image. Our coaching packages include:
- 1 hour initial consultation where we explore pain points and determine goals for reaching desired healthy outcomes
- 4-45 minute follow up sessions where we discuss goal path, provide education and re-set goals as needed *Regular follow-ups are essential when creating lifelong healthy habits.
- Guided exercises to complete in between sessions which enhance strategies learned and assist with reaching client goals
- Personalized nutrition and wellness plan
- Access to private client portal
- 24/7 Chat support

Family Coaching
Family sessions are designed to create positive relationships with food by changing the way we think and talk about food around our kids. Family sessions may be a parent & child, parent & children or the whole family. Together, we will explore the principles of mindful and Intuitive Eating to create an individualized nutrition plan that not only encourages healthy habits, but also establishes a better and stronger body image for your child(ren). Our coaching packages include:
- 1 hour initial consultation with parent & child(ren) or with the whole family where we explore pain points and determine goals for reaching healthy outcomes
- 4-45 minute follow up sessions where we discuss goal path, provide education and re-set goals as needed *Regular follow-ups are essential when creating lifelong healthy habits.
- Activities to engage the whole family which enhance strategies learned and assist with reaching client goals

Customized Meal Planning
Work with our Registered Dietitian to create a 21-day customized family meal plan based on your family’s nutritional or allergy needs.
All meal plans include:
- 45 minute consultation with our Registered Dietitian
- 21-day meal calendar which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & 3 snacks
- Personalized recipes with pictures and notes
- Grocery shopping list
